Airport Connexions Ticket

(Connex Trains and Skybus)

The promotion of this ticket commenced on the 1st February 2002, and follows in a similar vein to the M>Train (formerly Bayside Trains) offering. The Connex Airport Connexions ticket is only available for travel on Skybus services from Spencer Street to Melbourne's Tullamarine airport at the reduced rate of $6.00 one-way Adult and $5.00 one-way child 4 to 14 years (the normal adult fare being $12.00 one-way). A Metcard for travel by train to Spencer Street is also required.
The Airport Connexions ticket is only available from Connex Premium stations in Zone 3.

A large notice posted at Lilydale and first seen on the 11th January 2003, informs that "the Connex/Skybus Airport Connexions ticket will be withdrawn from sale 31st January 2003. Valid pre-purchased tickets will still be honoured by Skybus after this date."
