Public Transport Maps

A completely revised transport map, numbered 13 in sequence, was issued about a fortnight after the system start up. The cover price was a curious 69c, but it is believed it sold for 70c (?). This map was later re-released without any alterations, still as number 13, but with a cover price of $1.00. During the currency of the neighbourhood fare system, two further editions of the transport map would appear; an unnumbered and undated 14 around August 1987, and an unnumbered 15 in August 1988.

The long gap between editions 13 and 14 is perhaps explained by the ongoing "neighbourhood bus review" which resulted in the rearrangement of some routes and the addition of many new servcies, particularly in growing outer regions.
