12 Multi Trip was available for "twelve single rail and bus trips on the co-ordinated ESR services as advertised" and were only issued from booking offices.
As far as it is known, there was only one print run with an ID of UT 4/79.

The 12 Multi Trip was withdrawn on the 22nd July 1979 after being on issue for just one month in favour of the 10 Multi Trip.
