The original design of the short term tickets in use at for the rollout of the myki system in Geelong, Seymour and Ballarat was as shown below. It can only be presumed that the short term tickets introduced for the Bendigo and Latrobe Valley rollouts were of the same design as we were unable to attend these locations at that time.
All tickets seen were torn from a strip (and thus had "tufts") and had a single, common slogan "Next time, get myki and save $$!".

By February 2010, at least one other slogan was in use. Again, this ticket exhibited "tufts", indicating its separation from a strip.

From an unknown date the short term tickets have been printed on pre-cut card thus having no "tufts".

One never-issued design is currently depicted on the myki/about myki/short term tickets section of the myki website,
but this was a very early slogan relating to "scan on, scan off".
