Australian Open (Tennis) design

A single design in striking black and orange colours, advertising the Australian Tennis Open to be held between January 14th and 27th 2002, at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. All designators J-a1 to J-f4 have been seen or reported. The magnetic strip is still on the ticket in its usual place, but it blends in totally with the black background.

A number of the 046 (designator J-a1 to J-b4) and 047 (designator J-c1 to J-d4) million group have a slight printing variation from the example shown above. The shading behind the players silhouette is noticably red on this group of tickets.
