There are two styles of this design, the lower prefixed with the individual card number at the lower left side
and the higher prefixed with the card number located centrally, below the magnetic stripe.
Earliest known issue: 10th September 2000.
Latest known issue: 17th May 2001.

Only Sydney Suburban Pensioner Excursion tickets have been seen on this card base.

Lower prefixes range from at least "OH" to "OP".
