First sighted on the 16th February 2010 was this new printing based on the pre-existing general purpose card.
Designators A1 to A4, B1 to B4, C1 to C4 and D1 to D4 are known. There is no printing identification shown.
No TOM issue was produced in this design.

As this series was printed on very thin card, it was withdrawn from use around the 10th March 2010
in favour of the pre-existing blue "Skyline" design card.
